"Lovely restaurant with delicious vegetarian meals, I’m not vegetarian myself but went with my sister and we totally enjoyed the lasagna and pizza, unfortunately cannelloni were out of stock! Staff was great and price fair. Recommended!"

"A true gem that you can’t go home without trying! After a weeek end in Toledo where we ate out every day, we really needed something a bit lighter. We obviously failed, but that’s entirely our own fault coz the food looked too delicious! The artichokes were my absolute favourite but the cannelloni also got the spot. Portions are large (keep that in mind if you are not sharing!), the place is pleasant and the staff marvellous. From what I could see the place is not wheelchair accessible as you have to walk down a few steps to get it, but they may have a ramp to accommodate wheelchairs (maybe ask beforehand!) What I REALLY liked is that this is vegetarian place that doesn’t try to mimic non vegetarian dishes (I hate all the “non chicken parm” and the “not your usual bolognaise”): it’s vegetarian in its own right and shines bright for it! Well done!"

"A different vegetarian. Food is very tasty and dishes are presented abundantly (I had to take some ‘croquetas de cabrales’ away yo home! I recommend the artichokes, really delicious (they come with a paprika sauce). They offered me a nice glass of white wine. I recommend them yo add a rosé to the offer of wine by the glass, since it pairs very well with veggie food."

"I never thought some of my favorite vegetarian sushi would be in Toledo! There's more than sushi though with a diverse menu for a slightly upscale plant-based dining experience. I also love the sustainability partnerships with B Corp water organic wines. Lovely ambiance and staff. I had the Madre Tierra sushi and risotto- both fantastic"

"This was the most amazing restaurant!! We had such a wonderful time. We came mid-day for appetizers and came back again for dinner! It is so hard to find a restaurant that is all vegetarian. The atmosphere was so lovely and the service was even better! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our favorite thing was the Ensalada Tiritaina de Queso with the goat cheese ice cream on top. We also got the Paradise de Chocolate and the Tarta de Manzana for dessert. Everything was incredible. We were so delighted."
